Our Building Process
From the initial consultation to the final handover, you'll work directly with Dylan and our small, dedicated team every step of the way. We take pride in clear communication, attention to detail, and ensuring you're informed and confident throughout each phase of your project.
1. INITIAL CONTACT & QUESTIONNAIRE
Lets get started!
Get in touch with our team and we will send you a short questionnaire by email. This will allow us a better understanding of your vision and will ensure the step of meeting in person runs as smoothly as possible.
Prior to our first site meeting you can expect our Information Pack to let you know more about who we are and how we can help with your project.
2. IN PERSON MEETING
“Dreams to Reality” session
We will meet with you at your home for a “Dreams to Reality” session, where we will discuss the completed questionnaire and dive deeper into understanding what you are wanting to achieve with your project.
Up until this point there is no obligation, and it is FREE! All we ask is that at the end of the meeting you give us a YES or NO to proceed developing your concept.
3. DESIGN & CONCEPT
Bringing your ideas to life
Together with the chosen architect we begin developing concept plans.
Comprehensive site inspection
Preliminary estimate
Discuss cost saving options
Presentation of design brief
4. SUBMIT QUOTE WITH DETAILED TIMELINE
Clear, detailed & transparent
Our intention is to give you a quote based off the complete documents that will give a true and accurate representation of the build. As part of our quoting service we will provide for your benefit:
Detailed timeline of the build schedule
Presentation of the quote
Potential cost saving options
5. SIGN CONTRACTS & INSURANCE
It's official
Only when you have accepted the quote will we sign contracts. This will outline particulars of the job, including the payment process.
We will also then ensure the relevant insurances are in place.
6. CONGRATULATIONS
Let’s build!
Construction begins – the most exciting phase of the project! We'll start work on the agreed-upon date, and throughout the entire build, we'll hold regular site meetings and maintain constant communication.
